• Butser Ancient Farm is an experimental archaeological site in the UK of world-wide standing, open to the public and schools. Butser Ancient Farm displays on-going constructions of buildings based on real sites, crops from prehistory, and rare breeds of animals. Ancient technologies are explored, allowing "hands on" activities for visitors. Butser Ancient Farm has agreed to provide advice on Ancient farming for the Roma IV project.
• Organic Farm Share is a genuine community enterprise; one that blends the best of a corporate structure with that of a cooperative. Its shareholders own and operate an organic farm in Northern NSW, Australia. Organic Farm Share has agreed to provide advice on sustainable farming for the Roma IV project
